Greetings! and Welcome...

I wanted to share the above quote with you because it has been a guiding force in my life. It underlies my commitment to social justice and inspires my creative and eclectic approach to therapy and consulting services.

As an immigrant woman of color, my personal, professional and academic experiences have provided me with knowledge and awareness around issues of race, class, ethnicity, privilege and oppression.

My own experiences of navigating multiple systems of oppression - both in the United States and overseas - has given me insight into my own resilience, strength and determination. These experiences inform both the therapeutic work and the consulting services I provide.

Reaching out for support takes courage; it requires taking an emotional risk in service of your own healing journey...I am grateful that your journey has brought you to my website. I hope that you will find answers to some of your questions here.
